SB Scraper Features
Side Shift
The Sb Scraper is equipped with a side-shift, that allows you shift the whole box scraper in or out past the tractor tires, to avoid damaging the tires or property, this also allows you to get closer to walls, curbs buildings or gutters.
Drift Panels
The drift panels are a key component of the SB Scraper. While pulling material forward with the box, opening one of the drift panels allows the material generated by the cut to flow out of the box and create a wind row. In the same manner as a motor grader.
The Pitch Angle
The pitch angle works in conjunction with the drift panels allowing the operator to angle the box scraper up to 15 degrees to either side of the tractor. The degree of pitch angle will determine the rate of flow and direction of the material out of the drift panel or off the back blade and is equally effective moving forward or plowing backwards.
Rippers
The rippers are located in the rear of the box. This new design takes advantage of the boxes’ s weight distribution achieving more ground penetration. This new design also allows the operator to start ripping the soil closer to a wall or curb face, reducing, or eliminating manual labor in these areas.
Adjustable Shoe
The adjustable shoe is a removable attachment. It can be installed or removed in a matter of minutes. With the adjustable shoe you set to the exact depth of the cut needed and by riding on curbs, gutters, and existing edges the shoe maintains the depth of the cut. This feature eliminates the need to check the depth of the cut saving time and money.
